Because nothing is better than an open conversation. To carry through the telephone collection SkandicInkasso initiates a highly qualified system and especially trained staff. The service starts already before the telephone call: if the client does not have a telephone number available or the number is not up to date, a current number shall be researched.
The employee will if necessary repeatedly try to reach the debtor at various times of the day. Provided that the debtor agrees to have the conversation recorded, this conversation can be deposited in an electronic file – as proof of evidence.
All outbound telephone calls are recorded so that the client may trace them statistically and individually. If a recording of a conversation was possible, the client can at any time listen to this in the electronic file in the client-online-system.
