To scroll or to click? Print or digital? The mailing days, Europe´s largest fair for customer relationship in the Messezentrum in Nürnberg in 19. and 20. June, 2013, has shown how todays media diversity can cleverly be used to connect and attach customers. Crossmedia Dialogmarketing were in fokus of the trade fair with over 300 exhibitors presenting their most recent developments in the areas of addressing, e-mail marketing, telephone marketing and delivery, as well as a large number of practical presentations, information- and contactplatforms like lecture forum and workshops. SkandicInkasso was there, represented with its own stand, to inform of its complete activity program.
